Dan’s 18 year PR & Communications career began in London, England, where he worked for top tech PR agencies and delivered hard hitting campaigns for a range of start-ups and global brands, before relocating to Vancouver B.C. in 2011.
Most recently, Dan was Head of PR & Corporate Communications for Canadian success story BroadbandTV Corp. (TSX: BBTV) from 2013. His tenure included the successful announcement of BBTV’s IPO in 2020, one of the Top 10 largest TSX Tech IPOs of all time, in terms of funds raised.
A true advocate for the PR profession, he created YVRPR shortly after moving to Vancouver, a community of 300+ PR & Comms professionals. Dan blends creativity with logic, and is an advocate for equality and diversity in all forms.
